Evidence based Mental Health platform

Mudita in Essence

Mudita is a Sanskrit word that means joy in the joy of others — a form of happiness that arises not from achievement or possession, but from shared well-being.This is the philosophy that guides our work as mental well being professionals. We take immense joy in helping our clients lead a happy and successful life

01

Therapy with Us

Mudita Well Being is a mental health platform providing therapeutic services. Mudita is built on a simple belief: lasting change develops through steady, meaningful practice over time. We work with the understanding that mental health is not a destination to be reached, but a way of relating to oneself, to others, and to life — cultivated gradually, with care.

02

Our Philosophy

Grounded in sound psychological principles, Mudita Well Being supports people in cultivating a stable, positive life experience for themselves, while contributing to the well-being of those around them.

03

Our Practice

Our work engages with the core psychological dimensions of emotion, behaviour, and thought, recognising that meaningful change occurs when these elements are understood together rather than in isolation. By working at this intersection, Mudita supports change that is integrated, practical, and sustainable.

04

Outcome Focused

In a space that is often intangible and difficult to measure, Mudita strives to support tangible outcomes for the people we work with. This may include improved emotional regulation, clearer decision-making, healthier behavioural patterns, and a more balanced inner experience — changes that extend into everyday life rather than remaining abstract insights.

Our Team

Sarthak spent five years in Melbourne, Australia, where he completed his Bachelor of Business at Victoria University and went on to run his own business. Living and working abroad played a significant role in shaping his understanding of independence, identity, responsibility, and the emotional complexities that often accompany ambition and transition. He returned to India during the COVID-19 pandemic, a period that marked an important turning point in his personal and professional journey. Following this, he pursued his Master’s in Psychology from Amity University, Noida, formalising his commitment to mental health and therapeutic work.Sarthak’s therapeutic approach is primarily Person-Centred, rooted in empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. He believes that healing and growth occur most meaningfully when individuals are met with deep understanding and acceptance. His work is strongly inspired by Carl Rogers, and he is also deeply influenced by Sigmund Freud’s exploration of the subconscious mind, particularly the role of unconscious patterns and early life experiences in shaping present-day thoughts, emotions, and relationships.Mudita is envisioned as a space where clients feel safe to explore themselves without pressure or judgment. The therapeutic process is collaborative, reflective, and guided at a pace that feels right for each individual. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly and queer-affirmative space, where all identities, orientations, and expressions are welcomed and respected with care and sensitivity.
